All Sales Are Final

We Do Not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason.

The only exception is if you received the wrong size or the wrong item. In that case, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item. No refunds will be issued exchanges only.

To request an exchange for a fulfillment error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. And we’ll take care of the error.

Exchanges In select cases, exchanges may be accepted at our discretion. Eligible situations may include:

  • Sizing issues (one exchange per order)
  • Defective or damaged items upon arrival
  • Incorrect item received due to a fulfillment error

To request an exchange, contact us at tenuedevillestore@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable (required for defective or damaged claims).

Approved exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost to you. The customer is responsible for return shipping of the original item, except in cases of defect or fulfillment error.

Non-Eligible Items The following items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

  • Final sale or promotional items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without prior approval

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tenuedevillestore@outlook.com. We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no charge.
